The project involved a comprehensive redesign of the on-demand training platform, aimed at creating a cohesive structure for courses, roles, and career paths. The redesign integrated the sales page, trainee manager panel, and individual user panel, enabling easy access to on-demand courses. The platform was designed with simplicity and intuitive navigation in mind, supporting both self-paced learning and management of the educational process by managers and trainers.

The redesign of the on-demand training service involved creating a clear and consistent course structure, as well as adapting the service to enable direct access and certification. A progression system, certification paths, and development tracks from beginner to expert were introduced.

The creation of career paths and a cohesive structure within a single platform and brand, offering not only courses but also data analysis services. The platform was designed to serve both a sales and functional role, allowing the purchase of individual courses or course bundles within a specialization, role, or career path. Additionally, the platform was meant to support multiple languages and enable purchases by both individual users and managers/trainers, who could manage their trainees, plan training sessions, and track progress through the admin panel.
