Project executed from 2018 to 2022. It involved designing the functionality of an educational system for the Ministry of Education in both Poland and Slovakia. The initiative included creating educational projects that engaged students in collaborative work, tracking and monitoring their progress, and ultimately publishing the completed projects in the form of scientific articles.
The project was executed in close alignment with the project’s documentation, focusing on creating a comprehensive educational system for the Ministry of Education in Poland and Slovakia. Through detailed interviews with educational representatives, the system was designed to support teachers in managing projects, publishing scientific works, and collaborating with students. Key modules included project management for teachers, a scientific project publishing module, an encyclopedia of published projects, project creation tools, collaboration modules for project teams, and a system for managing and sharing collected materials. The system aimed to enhance collaboration, streamline information flow, and foster efficient educational project management.
The primary challenge of the project was ensuring smooth synchronization of information between various teams and teachers. Additionally, designing a system for automating the publication of approved project stages posed a significant hurdle. This required a seamless integration of multiple workflows to ensure that each stage was validated and published automatically without manual intervention, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency across the entire system.
